Cancellation Policy

At Newshade – Stick & Style, we understand that you may need to cancel your order. Please contact us as soon as possible at info@newshade.in or +91 94450 84490.

• If your order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel it and process a full refund to your original payment method.

• If your order has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible, but you may return it after delivery. Please refer to our Refund & Returns Policy.

• Custom or personalized orders may not be eligible for cancellation or refund.

Cancellation by Newshade

• If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with wrong information due to a system error, Newshade reserves the right to refuse or cancel the order, unless already dispatched.

• If a product cannot be delivered to your location due to system errors, Newshade may cancel the order unless it has already been shipped.

Refund Policy

• Refunds for payments via Credit Card or Net Banking will be processed to the same account.

• Refunds are typically completed within 3 working days.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by the bank. Customers may contact their bank for any delays.
